The project «Ich, Greifengasse 22» reflects on the contradiction of contemplativeness that the month of December usually is associated with. The opposing tranquillity to the actual stressful and hectic atmosphere found during the pre-Christmas rush gets visualized through a mysterious shadow play. A microphone captures the change of loudness in the environment. With the aid of real-time video manipulation software this intensity gets visualized through 51 LED screens on the facade of the Manor department store in Basel.
